Holiday Estates Clubhouse Association wishes to welcome you to the nicest, friendliest 

community in the area and we extend an invitation to you to join us.

Members only benefits:

• Friendship and good times
• Free access to our Community Center with a fully licensed kitchen
• Many activities for members only, including shuffleboard, ladies exercise, cards, dinners and parties
• Free access to the boat basin, dock and parking area for launching your boat, as well as use of the fishing dock.

The Association also offers many activities that are open to you and the public, including: 

Bingo, Country Breakfasts, Crafts, Craft Sales, Dances, Card Parties and Dinners.

 

If you are interested in becoming a member, you must be a property owner and reside in the subdivision. You must agree to comply with the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations. You also must pay the $50.00 initiation fee per household, and annual dues of $50.00 per person, good April 1st to March 31st.

For renters there is a seasonal membership for $50.00 per person, and a $10.00 refundable deposit for the Card Key.
